Order Cancellation

  • We do not provide warranties on refurbished products.
  • Refurbished products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Any unauthorized modifications by customers will void any claims against the company.

Redelivery Requests

If a parcel is not delivered on time and requires redelivery, customers should notify us promptly. Redelivery charges will apply, as per our shipping policy.
